Tenegen project closed - the collaboration is going on ...

Dear Partners!

I am happy to announce that we submitted the final report, and I hope it will be accepted.

Today we uploaded the Turkish version of the textbook (attached to here), and we have the final dissemination brochure in Turkish too. Many-many thanks for Selin and Ayhan for the hard work. (I have to admit the Hungarian version needs some days before published :) !)

You find the final versions of the products among the documents in the folder "FinalProducts" and they are available from the left side menu too - there are direct links here to them.

The work is not completely finished, we have some small finalization on Tenegen products. We worked a lot to make similar the structure of the course according the suggestion of Piearfranco, Ken and Janine Mahood. The content is more or less completed but I to be honest I am convinced that it will be never finished. (By the way: Ed, please say Janine to find the lesson about technology convergence - she claimed in her report she did not find it :( !)

I would like to say many thanks for all of you! Thank you Selin, Ayhan, Ed, Pierfranco, István B., Giovanni, Emanule, Mario, Davide, Ken, Martin, Tenegen Teachers and Tutors: Aniko, Judit, Árpád B., László G., Andrea, Péter T., Árpád V. ! This consortium had the power to balance the failures of the coordinator!

I think the collaboration was in Tenegen great, and I am sure the end of the project does not equal with the end of the collaboration! Prompt will continue Tenegen, it will invite you of course, and I hope you will not resist :)!

You have to be aware that after some weeks we may get questions from the Hungarian National Agency (I hope we will not), and I will forward the questions to you !!!

As regards Tenegen: all the portals will be a available, you are free to use it for starting any further collaboration, to publish, share important news related to Tenegen, or to any topic you think interesting for us.

Final report - tasks

Dear Partners!

We are very close to the end of Tenegen project, we have to focus on last steps:

1. As you remember, we have to present the Tenegen's valorization plan. On the last meeting we agreed that every partner should send me a short summary about its plan: how the results of the project will be utilized in its professional work, in its country?

"The goal of a valorisation plan is to explain how during and after the end of the project the results will be disseminated and exploited so as to make them “sustainable” (= once the project has come to an end, the results must continue to be deployed in different vocational training contexts). A valorisation plan must therefore necessarily set out in a balanced and accurate way the activities relating to dissemination and the activities relating to and facilitating exploitation of the results by the end and/or potential users and for the benefit of target groups clearly identified from the project design stage." (LdV Programme: The valorisation plan guidelines for project promoters)

How??

a) You are free to use the online form (you find it here: http://www.tenegen.eu/en/content/090326/tenegen-valorisation-plan ). You can access the form the menu: HOME/WEBFORMS/Valorization plan too. (Ken has filled it out already, Selin started to fill, but she did not finish yet).
b) If you like, you can write your plan in a Word document, and attach here, or send it to me via e-mail.

2. We are working on the R10 - Tenegen textbook. The English version will be ready till the end of the month because we will take with us to the conference OnlineEduca. Thank for the contribution for Ken, Martin (CAPDM), István (ISERG), Ed (DEKRA), Giovanni (CNR). I hope you will be satisfied with the result. For the conference we will produce printed version (in English), but the Hungarian and Turkish versions will be published on CD, because we are over the planned project costs.

3. As you remember, we agreed in Budapest, that every partner will collect the documents for the financial report as soon as possible. It is our common interest, that we should be transferred the last 20% of the funding as soon as possible. Of course we will not be able submit the final report before the middle of December, but to be able to do so we need your financial report before.

Dear All, I have to apologize, I have to let out some weeks in the communication because of my influenza collected at Pécs (and developed to a pneumonia :( ), but from now I feel much better, and ready to start Tenegen 2.0 with you!

Interim report

Dear All,

as you know we are hardly working on the Hungarian course content (and structure) which will start on 21st of October. We are over the Hungarian tutor training, and just now the enrollment is going on. we will have for about 70 teachers, trainers. (The translation into English began too.)
Parallel with these we have to concentrate to the interim report, coming soon too at the beginning of November.

I kindly ask all of you to send us al the documents we need to prepare the financial report. We need a copy (scanned) of all invoice (authenticated by legal signal), and all other document which proves the staff costs.
I ask you to send us these papers till 25 of October as the latest!
