Web 2.0 is focused in Europa

During the last weeks eLearning Papers (the digital journal of  elearningeuropa.info portal) published several interesting articles dealing with the impact of web 2.0 on the education.

e-learning 2.0

One of these publications written by Ingo Blees and Marc Rittberger (German Institute of International Educational Research), titled "Web 2.0 Learning Environment: Concept, Implementation, Evaluation" gives a theoretical overview of the concepts of eLearning 2.0, PLE, networking, and connectivism. All, what these authors are saying - are close to the Tenegen's conception. I suggest to read it, and reflect on it -  what are theoretically analyzed by the authors, just the same we want to try out in practice.
